    Can Dacha is a large 5 bedroomed property set in sprawling private grounds, filled with shady pine trees and a sculpted mediterranean garden. The large impressive villa stands tall on a slight hill, and overlooks the beautiful unspoilt little bay of Cala Mastella.

    The villa comprises of three floors with the whole top floor being the Master suite. Huge 4 poster bed with luxury linens, modern ensuite bathroom with pebbled shower, dressing room and large terrace with a balinese wooden day bed and ample space to relax or do morning yoga. From this terrace you have views of the sea, and at night there are ample stars to gaze at as there is no artificial light nearby. There is a large wooden table and chairs to dine also, if you wish to have a special dinner or enjoy a bottle of wine under the stars.

    Going down one floor, brings us to another large ensuite bedroom, again with a terrace and a comfortable table and chairs to enjoy some shaded time in the afternoon, to relax away from the hot sun. This bedroom also has a large four poster bed. This has access down to the third floor where the further 2 bedrooms are situated.

    The final bedroom on this floor has twin beds, and has a bathroom (with bath tub) across the large open hallway, which leads off to the lounge/dining room.

    Off this hallway, you'll find a brand new modern kitchen with all mod cons including new washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge freezer, fan oven, ceramic hob, etc. High quality kitchen ware, knives and furnishings.

    There is a retro bar situated in the lounge, with views to the inside palmed garden. There is a flat screen TV and music system for your enjoyment. This is a very light room with tall glass sliding doors along one side, leading to the wide, partly covered terrace, which overlooks the pool below.
    Here you can easily seat 10 people, along a huge balinese wooden table with quirky balinese chairs. There are also some day beds to lounge on here.

    Underneath this large terrace, is the self contained annex, which is where you will find the two remaining bedrooms, one large super king size bed and two singles (which can be made into a double). In this annex, there is also a kitchen complete with fridge, oven, and hob, and a bathroom with a pebbled shower.

    Heading down into the garden area, you'll find two pools, a large kidney shaped swimming pool and a smaller square children's paddling pool. There are sun beds enough for everyone and seating in two forms...a large covered balinese day bed and an outside dining table and chairs which is next to the outdoor fully equipped kitchen. Complete with pizza oven and huge medieval BBQ grill. The kitchen has a hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer for those perfect long lunches by the pool. There is a large lawn for the children to play ball games or have water fights and generally enjoy the space. The grounds are completely private with fences all round, large wooden, bespoke made, electric gates on entrance to the property grounds. The mature gardens are managed by a weekly gardener.

    Master Suite/top floor - Large four poster supering size bed. Ensuite bathroom and dressing room.
    First floor - Large four poster supering size bed. Ensuite bathroom. Also twin room, with two large single beds, with bathroom across the hall with a bath tub.
    Annex on ground floor - Large super king size bed. Also a twin room with two singles that can be made into a double bed if need be. Shared bathroom with a shower.

    All beds are made with high cotton count linens.

    Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
    First floor - one ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Then hallway bathroom, with bath tub, sink and toilet.
    Ground floor - one bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

    One mid week clean/housekeeping included in the rental price with house towels changed (not pool towels). If two week stay then in the middle of the stay, there will be a full linen and towel change and a clean of the house also.

    No smoking property. Please use the terraces and ashtrays provided.

    Booking Notes

    Prices are quoted per week (7 nights)
    50% Deposit paid at time of booking, via international bank transfer. Full payment must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival or result in cancellation.

    Refund policy: 100% refund until 60 days prior to arrival, 50% until 30 days prior to arrival, no refund thereafter.

    For security reasons a booking is not confirmed until deposit payment has been received and a phone call between property manager and client has taken place.

    A 2000€ returnable damages deposit is required along with balance payment. This will be returned via bank transfer once the departure clean and a damage check has been completed.

    Unsociable checkin/check out hours (8pm-8am) 50€ additional charge on arrival departure.
