The villa has an amazing outdoor dining area with BBQ and fridge by the pool. The pool itself is 20m x 5m. The villa is owned by a family, so family bookings would be preferred. Other bookings will be considered but we will not accept stag or hen bookings.

Prices are quoted per week (7 nights).50% Deposit paid at time of booking, via international bank transfer. Full payment must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival or result in cancellation. Refund policy:100% refund until 60 days prior to arrival, 50% until 30 days prior to arrival,no refund thereafter. For security reasons a booking is not confirmed until payment in full and a phone call between property manager and client has taken place. A 2000€ returnable damages deposit is required and to be paid along with balance payment. This will be returned via transfer within 10 working days.
