Prices are quoted per week(7 nights).50% Deposit paid at time of booking,via international bank transfer. Full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival or result in cancellation. Refund policy:100% refund until 60 days prior to arrival, 50% until 30 days prior to arrival,no refund thereafter. For security reasons a booking is not confirmed until payment in full and a phone call between property manager and client has taken place. A 2000€ returnable damages deposit is required. Unsociable checkin hours (8pm-8am) 50€ charge.
